Principles behind the manifesto

Verify against the source, not against memory: the machine's memory, or your own.
Work arrives with its evidence. Progress that cannot show itself is a claim, not a result.
Partial work says so, plainly. Nothing ships silently incomplete.
A safeguard that cannot run must stop the work and say why. Protection that fails quietly is not protection.
Leave every piece of work in a state the next session, the next tool, or the next person can pick up.
Archive first, delete second.
A lesson written down once can protect every session after it.
Agents prepare the ground and keep the records; people decide what matters.
The complete fix is the default. A shortcut is a recorded decision, never a habit.
Keep the work in forms more than one tool can read: the tool is a guest in the work, not its landlord.
Publish the reusable mechanism; keep personal and entrusted information private.
Adopt good practice wherever it appears. Improving the work matters more than winning the argument.
